The CICM owned Theophile Verbist Novitiate located at Maryhill, Taytay, Rizal was built in 1990 – 1991.
It is a complex composed of a Chapel, administration office, classrooms, dormitory, library, and dining area for seminarians of the CICM Belgian Congregation.
Most of the seminarians who were schooled here are now priests of the CICM.
The Principal Architect of this project is Arch. Mylen Yaranon who conceptualized this seminary development in a 3 hectare portion of the overall 10 hectare Maryhill property of the CICM.
