SITE INSPECTION
The Balai Bayi team conducts Site Inspections for design consultancy. We are equipped with sufficient site exploration and reconnaissance tools to determine the potential of a site for construction.
DESIGN CONSULTANCY
We conduct design consultancies and feasibility studies to determine the Optimal and best use of a project site as well as provide technical, and economic advice as well as the best use and best location for a project.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND WORKING DRAWINGS
We also provide our clients the option to avail of our services by phase. Our services can be availed independently from just a schematic conceptualization to preparation of working drawings of an existing project. With this, we can reach out to our clients who have specific needs and budget requirements.
